About the Model 500
The model 500 is the most compact model which allows easy movment around the workshop. An ideal use case is for small-scale jewellery workshops and flame polishing workshops. Works great for smaller workshops requiring only one person working on a machine at once.
Single User
The model 500 is a 1 user system so is suitable for jewellery repairs working from home or a small studio.

Flame polishing on acrylic up to 5m in one pass. The soldering and repair of lightweight jewellery is also easy for the model 500.

Power Output & Flame Size Comparison

How Aquaflame Works
Aquaflame Systems provide solutions for micro soldering and acrylic flame polishing. Also known as an ‘HHO Generator’ (An oxyhydrogen torch/hydrogen torch). Model 500 Stats
No Pressurised Gas Cylinders
Aquaflame is completely safe because it produces gas on demand and there is no stored gas. In addition it is lightweight and portable – there is no heavy lifting as with gas bottles and no H&S issues to deal with internally apart from carrying out a risk assessment.
Low capital cost, running cost.
Once the machine is filled it only needs topping up from time to time with deionised water and methyl ethyl ketone (MEK). If you run the machine for 40 hours in a week it might use 20ml of MEK (end user cost £1.87). It is not necessary to re-fill the electrolyte between services – only top up with deionised water.

What can the Aquaflame machines be used for?
Aquaflame provides solutions for individual traders and small retailers through to larger manufacturers in the jewellery, dental and other technical manufacturing industries. Soldering white metal
White metal has a very low melting point and therefore requires precision in terms of soldering so that other parts are not damaged. Aquaflame produces an extremely precise flame, especially with the no.24 tip allowing easy soldering of white metal parts.
